Sis, You Sure You Ready for a Reading tho?

Updated: Aug 6, 2022

The Spirits ain't about that fake shit.

The worst thing you can do is approach a Tarot Reading with a skeptic and doubtful mindset. First of all, you run the risk of not gaining the spiritual guidance you may desperately need.

When your mind is closed off and your heart is guarded you will be in place of denial-objective to the truth. And that is detrimental!

I can assure you that you will not heed the advice the reader is giving you and therefore you might not receive the help you are seeking.

Furthermore, most spirits are not about that fake shit. They're not really into telling you what you want to hear-they will tell you what you need to hear. The information that supports your highest good is what you will receive. Sometimes, they won't even answer your question(s) if they feel the message that they have for you is more important. I tend to see that scenario play out frequently.

There is a difference between a Tarot Reader and a Psychic!

Tarot is best for picking up the energies that are surrounding an individual in the present moment. I often remind my clients- Tarot is not the best choice of divination for future events and happenings-here's why. Tarot has the spiritual ability to accurately pick up on what the hell is going on in your life in that precise moment. It is great for picking up on intentions, present, past events, and circumstances. As humans, we are forever evolving and changing our minds, this can and will change an outcome of a future event. Not to mention, it is natural law for things to change and to never stay the same. This is great when you may not particularly like the messages Spirit is giving you-because you know you can switch the narrative at anytime and change the outcome. Nothing is ever set in stone. With each decision that you make, you sacrifice an alternate choice , thus altering the future outcome. From this perspective, Tarot can give you a glimpse into the future by influencing your decision making based on the spiritual insight that you are given-therefore allowing you to "see" the future.

See how that works?.....

How will I know I am ready for a reading then sis?!

The best way to know when you are truly ready for a reading is when you are not fixated on a certain outcome. Instead you are at peace and open to whatever messages your guides may have to offer you. You trust that your spirits will not tell you anything less then what is best for your highest good. When you are able to let go and be open to receive-then you are ready for what your spirits have to offer you. With a relaxed and clear mind- you will be in the perfect space to gain the best spiritual advice that you can get. Your mind will unlock a part of itself that will allow you to connect with the Devine and that requires a certain state of awareness.

Let go and let God sis!

Finding yo' perfect match!

Finding a Tarot Reader is like looking for "the one". This is important babe. You can't just be out here in these spiritual streets opening up yo' spirits to anyone ol body! Chileee, that's how people catch STD's (sexually transmitted demons) ughh!

Whoever you choose to engage with, when it comes to spiritual work on ANY level, you should be able to trust them with your life. Because, ultimately you are putting your life into their hands. You are trusting them to spiritual guide you with some of the most important decisions in your life. Therefore you are vulnerable bae. And people can and will take advantage of you. The perfect reader will make you feel comfortable and at ease. They will not pressure you or manipulate you on any level. You know the type of readers- that will make you feel like you will drop dead if you don't take their advice (eye roll). Please run away fast from those types.

Just like when you have finally find Mr. or Mrs Right, you will know when you've found the right reader. You will just feel it. I promise you!

Remember a good reader will also have a solution for you as well...
